Returns (Change of Mind)
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible:

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
This may include a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution, in line with New Zealand consumer law.
In some cases, we may not require the item to be returned.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if:

Your Rights (New Zealand)
Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
If a product is faulty or does not meet acceptable quality standards, you are entitled to a remedy under New Zealand consumer law.
